Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Boland Solutions, LLC (“Boland Solutions,” “we,” “our”) is a Georgia, USA limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through boland-solutions.com (the “site”) and through the apps we publish, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information you send us
The site has one way to send us information: the contact form. It asks for your name, your email address, and a message. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list.
The form is delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the message on our behalf in order to send it. Once received, the message is kept in our email account for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep records of any resulting engagement.
3. Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard server logs when you load a page, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. Cloudflare uses these logs to operate and secure the service, and retains them according to its own policies. We use them, when we look at them at all, to diagnose problems and to protect the site from abuse.
The site does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and loads its fonts and other files from our own domain rather than from third parties.
4. Our apps
Unless an app’s App Store listing or the app itself says otherwise, Boland Solutions apps keep the data you enter on your own device and do not send it to us or to anyone else. They contain no advertising, no analytics, and no accounts. When an app needs a device capability such as location, notifications, or a connection to your own hardware, it asks for permission first and uses that access only for the feature you asked for.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy (Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for email delivery, and Apple for app distribution), each of which processes it only as needed to provide its service to us, and otherwise only when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information you have sent us, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Residents of some places have additional rights under local law; we honor these requests from everyone regardless of where they live. To make a request, use the contact form.
7. Children
The site and our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, we collect as little as we can, and access to our mailbox and hosting accounts is protected with strong authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes to how we handle information already collected will be noted here before they take effect.
